The North West 200 is Ireland's biggest sporting event, attracting crowds from all over the world to see one of the best action packed bike road racing events on the planet! Speeds have been recorded of over 200 mph.

Attracting more than 140,000 spectators and over 200 competitors, the North West 200 is one of Ireland's most popular sporting events. Road racing fans coming for the North West 200 can also combine the trip with a number of other events in Ireland that take place around the same time, such as the Ulster Grand Prix. North West 200The event is getting bigger each year and now has a festival programme which lasts throughout the whole week. As well as the triangle area where the race takes place (Coleraine, Portstewart, Portrush), there are events right along the North Coast including Bikefest in Ballymoney.

Accommodation gets booked up really early because so many people come back every year and have more or less permanent bookings. There are also official campsites set up for the race. All of the accommodation listed on this site is within easy distance of the race.
